Mahendra Singh Dhoni, popularly known as MSD born on 7 July 1981, 41 year old Indian player is the first and only cricketer in the world to hold all three major captaincy awards, including the World Cup and the ICC ODI Player of the Year award.

He is unarguably one of the greatest cricketing legends of our generation. Born and brought up in Ranchi, Jharkhand, Dhoni started playing cricket at a very young age. He was selected for the Indian Under-19 team in 1999 and made his debut for the Indian national team in 2004.

Dhoni has led India to many triumphs, including the 2007 ICC World Twenty20, the 2010 and 2016 Asia Cups, and the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup. He is also the only captain in history to have won all three ICC limited-overs trophies – the World Cup, the Champions Trophy, and the IPL.
